Wild Caught Salmon with Honey Mustard Sauce

Try this beautiful and delicious wild caught salmon dish shared by our customer, Sandra J!

 

Wild Caught Salmon Filet, Organic Sweet Potatoes & Organic Zucchini with Red Onions

 

Ingredients:

3 tbsp. grape seed Vegenaise

1 tbsp. mustard

1 tsp honey

1 tsp Parmesan cheese, freshly grated

1/ tsp basil

1/4 tsp oregano

salt and pepper, to taste

cayenne pepper, to taste (optional)

2 – 6 oz. wild caught salmon filets

Directions:

Preheat oven to 425. Place salmon filets on a backing sheet. Mix first 4 ingredients and spread on top of the salmon. Combine spices and sprinkle on top of sauce. Bake approximately 15 minutes or until flakes with a fork or salmon reaches your preferred doneness. Serve with mashed sweet potatoes and zucchini sauteed with red onion. Enjoy!
