Wild Caught Ginger Lime Shrimp

As seen on Sonoran Living – this simple, delicious and healthy meal with wild caught shrimp can be on the table in 20 minutes or less!

Ginger Lime Wild Caught Shrimp with Broccoli

Ingredients:

1 lb. Topline Foods Colossal Wild Caught Shrimp

2 tsp. garlic olive oil, for shrimp

2 tsp. garlic olive oil, for broccoli

salt and pepper to taste

red chile flakes to taste

4 tbsp. Zesty Ginger Lime Marinade

1 – 10 oz. pkg. organic broccoli florets

4 wedges lime

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.  Toss shrimp in a bowl with garlic olive oil, salt, pepper and chile flakes.  Place shrimp on foil lined baking sheet and cook for 10 minutes. While shrimp are cooking, heat garlic olive oil in a sautee pan. Toss broccoli with salt, pepper and chile flake to taste.

Serve shrimp with marinade on the side, broccoli and a lime wedge. Enjoy!
