Wild Caught Ginger Apple Salmon with Asparagus

 

As Seen on Sonoran Living – this is a quick and healthy meal that can be on the table in about 20 minutes!

This super simple and delicious wild caught salmon meal is really dressed up with our Ginger Apple Teriyaki marinade!

Ingredients

4 – 6 oz. Topline Foods Wild Caught Salmon filets

1 – 10 oz. pkg. Topline Foods organic asparagus

2 tsp. Topline Foods garlic olive oil, for sauteeing

2 tsp. Topline Foods garlic olive oil, for brushing salmon

salt and pepper to taste

4 tbsp. Topline Foods Ginger Apple Teriyaki marinade

8 0range segments, garnish

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.  Place salmon on a foil lined baking sheet and brush with garlic olive oil then season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook salmon for about 20 minutes or until it reaches the doneness you prefer. Meanwhile, heat garlic olive oil in a sautee pan. Add asparagus and season with salt and pepper (and chili flakes for heat, optional). Toss just until heated through.

Serve salmon and asparagus garnished with orange segments. Enjoy!
