Wild Caught Shrimp Tacos

These shrimp tacos are made with wild caught, antibiotic free shrimp and can be spiced up or down to your taste!

These are so simple and so tasty! If you want to avoid the tortillas, just use lettuce leaves to make them into delicious wraps!


1 lb. wild caught shrimp, thawed

1/2 yellow or red onion

5 small spicy sweet peppers (if you choose to use jalapenos, probably only need 1)

2 cups shredded cabbage

1 lime, sliced for squeezing

salsa or hot sauce, to taste

salt and pepper, to taste

6 tortillas (or if you’re following the Paleo diet, lettuce leaves to make wraps)


Chop your peppers and onions, slice the lime and peel the shrimp.

Slice each of the shrimp into about 4  pieces. This makes the tacos so much easier to bite into!

 Get your pan hot with a little fat (of your choosing). Then, add the peppers and onions for about 1 minute.

 Add the shrimp and sprinkle with salt and pepper. I also sprinkled with some chili powder because I like it.

 Toss them gently for about 2-3 minutes, until opaque and pink.

 Now, just build your taco with your favorite toppings and enjoy! Start to finish, this meal takes about 10 minutes!
