Wild Caught Salmon with Garlic Thyme Butter

Makes 2 servings

2 – 6 ounce Topline Foods Wild Caught Salmon Filets

1/4 cup bread crumbs

1 tablespoon butter

1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

salt & pepper to taste

1 tablespoon olive oil and 1/2 clove garlic, minced

OR

1 tablespoon Garlic Infused Olive Oil

Season salmon with salt and pepper.  Dip both sides in bread crumbs to coat.  Heat garlic and oil (or garlic infused oil) in large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.  Place wild caught salmon in pan.  Reduce heat to medium and cook both sides until brown (about 3-5 minutes per side)  Move fish to a plate.  Add butter and thyme to pan.  Swish to blend–spoon over salmon.
