Rubbed and Grilled Pork Tenderloin with Mustard Sauce

 

Tasty pork rub with a creamy mustard sauce that really brings out the flavors!

RUB:

1 Topline Foods all natural pork tenderloin

1 tsp olive oil

2 tsp paprika

1 1/2 tsp onion salt

1 1/2 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp chili powder

1/2 tsp cumin

MUSTARD SAUCE:

1/3 cup mayonnaise

1/3 cup sour cream

2 tbsp mustard powder

1 tbsp chives

DIRECTIONS:

MUSTARD SAUCE:

Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard powder and chives.  Mix well, refrigerate until ready to serve.

PORK:

Brush olive oil over tenderloin, set aside.

Mix paprika, onion salt, garlic, black pepper, chili powder, and cumin.

Rub the seasoning mixture over tenderloin.

Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate 6-8 hours.

Remove plastic wrap from pork and grill over medium-high direct heat 10-15 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F.  Remove tenderloin from grill, wrap in aluminum foil and let rest 5 minutes before slicing.  Serve with Mustard Sauce.
