Grilled Wild Caught Wahoo with Raspberry BBQ Sauce

Basting your Wild Caught Wahoo with this tangy BBQ sauce will make your meal sing!



4 – 6 oz. pieces of Topline Foods Wild Caught Wahoo

10 oz. frozen organic raspberries

1/2 medium yellow onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes (in oil), chopped (optional)

6 tbsp. ketchup

1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

honey, to taste (optional)


Combine all sauce ingredients in a small saucepan and cook over medium heat for 20-30 minutes. Process till smooth in a blender. If you want it smoother, push through a sieve to remove seeds.

Grill wild caught Wahoo about 6 minutes per side and brush liberally with sauce. Or, preheat oven to 400 degrees and place Wahoo on a foil lined baking sheet and brush liberally with sauce. Bake for about 10-12 minutes or until it reaches your preferred doneness. Enjoy!

This sauce would be great on just about any meat or wild caught seafood. Don’t throw away those leftovers!
