    The steaks are amazingly tender and moist~so much so that…I have to admit they were so good that I ground a few up into burger meat! And hands down it was the most flavorful juciest burger I’ve ever had. I didn’t even grill it! Just some time in a pan and then to finish in the oven, cooking time was less than 10 minutes for four burgers! No sauce needed, although it would be lovely, but I didn’t even salt it! Just black pepper and natural goodness!!!
