Grass Fed Beef Filet with Espresso Chili Rub

Coffee Rubbed Filet Mignon Try this spicy, smokey rub on any grass fed steak! Ingredients: 4 grass fed beef filet mignon steaks 1 tbsp ancho chili powder 1 tbsp espresso powder or finely ground coffee 2 tsp dry rosemary or thyme, crushed 1 tbsp smoked sea salt (or regular sea salt) 2 tsp black pepper 2 tsp garlic powder Combine all the seasonings on a small plate. Press each side of each steak into the seasonings and then pat into the meat. Place in a zip bag and put in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours and preferably 24 hours. Wild Caught Salmon Filet, Organic Sweet Potatoes & Organic Zucchini with Red Onions Ingredients: 3 tbsp. grape seed Vegenaise 1 tbsp. mustard 1 tsp honey 1 tsp Parmesan cheese, freshly grated 1/ tsp basil 1/4 tsp oregano salt and pepper, to taste cayenne pepper, to taste (optional) 2 – 6 oz. wild caught salmon filets Directions: Preheat oven to 425. Place salmon filets on a backing sheet. Mix first 4 ingredients and spread on top of the salmon. Combine spices and sprinkle on top of sauce. Bake approximately 15 minutes or until flakes
